Yes, there is a lot happening at Michigan Hillel. Student leaders and staff strive to develop relationships to engage Jewish students in Jewish life on campus and meaningful Jewish experiences. It starts with one-on-one relationships. Don’t hesitate to be in touch directly with group leaders, board members or staff.
Michigan Hillel is here to support your transition to life in Ann Arbor. The Michigan Mensch Program is a mentorship that pairs an incoming freshman with an upperclassman and First Year Students of Hillel (FYSH) is a student group comprised of freshman and sophomores that create Jewish programming on campus for Jewish freshman and their friends. Check out the Student Outreach Cohort to learn more about Michigan Mensch and FYSH.
Connecting outside of Hillel
Thinking about Jewish life but not so interested in going to Hillel? Connect with a jNET Intern, a U-M student ready to connect with students that aren’t so interested in connecting with Hillel. To learn more about jNET and to connect with an intern check out Jobs & Internships.
