Students for Holocaust Awareness, Remembrance, and Education(SHARE)

Students for Holocaust Awareness, Remembrance, and Education (SHARE) is a club dedicated to honoring the memory of Holocaust victims and building personal relationships with survivors to build a brighter future. We plan programs such as Shabbat dinners, speakers, the yearly Yom Ha’Shoah reading on the Diag where we commemorate all those who perished in the Holocaust, and the annual Survivors’ Luncheon, where 40+ survivors from the Detroit-Metro area come to Hillel to share their stories with over 100 students.
