Michigan Hillel takes hundreds of students to Israel each year through immersive experiences like Birthright Israel, Onward Israel, and our Campus Leaders Mission Trip. If you would like more information about our trips you can contact Allison Bloomberg for more information (allbloom@umich.edu).
Birthright Israel
Our Hillel runs four or more buses each year, often offering a winter trip (December/January) and several summer trips (May). If you are a Jewish student between the ages of 18-26, you may be eligible for the free trip. Reach out to Allison for more information on when applications and interviews will begin scheduling.
Onward Israel
Join us for Onward, an immersive internship program offering resume-building placements in a wide variety of opportunities in the greater Tel Aviv area. Students spend part of the program living, experiencing, and interning in Israel and the other part of the program at home working with their employer remotely while continuing in other remote educational aspects.
