Early Move-In

Please contact Haley Schreier for information regarding the 2026-2027 Application for the Early Move-In Program.

Each Fall we are lucky to access a limited number of early move-in spots from the University to be able to offer a First Year Students of Hillel Early Move-In Program in August– hosted by our amazing student leadership. Our program offers opportunities to learn about campus life and Hillel, meet other new freshmen, ask questions and gain insight from seasoned sophomores and upperclassmen leaders, and find community well before the first day of classes.

How To Sign Up:

The retreat spots are decided through a lottery system. Students enter their name into the lottery, and winners of the lottery will be notified via email. If you receive a spot, you must confirm your participation. Students not given a spot will join a waitlist. If spots remain open, we will go down the waitlist with open spots. Lottery access will be made available after students are admitted to the university.

If cost is prohibitive, please reach out to Haley Schreier.

"The retreat was an amazing experience for my son. Allowing the kids to move into their dorm early was so amazing to avoid the hectic crowds. He loved getting to select activities that he likes to do and meet other kids that had common interests as him. We are so appreciative of Hillel offering this wonderful experience and he feels like Hillel is now a home away from home."
